1. Privacy
Any survey activity which involves the collection, use or disclosure of personal information, must be reviewed by the
Privacy Officer.
This involves a submitting a short summary about how you will comply with the relevant legislation.
You will be prompted to complete this as you move through building your survey. Personal information means ‘information or an opinion, whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not, about an identified or reasonably identifiable individual’.
This could be information such as individual’s names, addresses, email address, information about a person’s likes or dislikes or views. Personal information does not always have to include the person’s name. Personal information can also be sensitive information which includes things like health, criminal background information, religious beliefs, sexual preference and political views. 2. Governance and co-ordination
The nbn survey shaper is a self service tool, available to all nbn employees for the purpose of conducting internal surveys.
If you would like to use it for audiences other than nbn employees please contact the consumer strategy team by emailing
nbncosupport@twistoflime.com.au.
3. Support
Users can request support at any time by clicking the ‘request help” button.
This will raise a support ticket. Details of the issue will be recorded and the issue will be resolved on the day where possible by the research agency.
If the issue is too complex to resolve the same working day, it will be referred to a second level of support and a time estimate will be provided for resolution.
Please note that support excludes the actual scripting of questions.
